Following my recent speaking debut at the Nursery World Show, a few early years practitioners have asked me for a copy of the slides from my presentation ‘How to motivate your team without giving them cake’.
So, I thought I’d add them to our blog in case you too were interested.
There’s not a lot of text on these slides, so I recommend that you flick through them alongside my earlier article on the same subject. The article is a very brief summary of the key points and lacks the case study that I used, but I’d be happy to discuss the content with you if you’d like to know more.
